In the life we live we try to hold onto what works for us and resit new things. Its natural for us to reject change no matter how little it can be. What most of us don’t look at is how change can be good. How mixing things up can make you a stronger physically and mentally. Life for some is not easy. Somebody are just born under an unlucky star. Depression can be a killer (no pun intended) it can take all the energy away from you and make your life pointless. Sometimes you have to keep your head up high and wait it out things will get better. If you are somebody who deals with severe depression do thing for something else. Work at a soup kitchen or volunteer your time. Just find a way to help somebody else.

I wanted to get a short domain to use for my email and everything good was taken. Suppose having a common name does not help at all. So I bought a domain from a nickname I use and it’s rather short which is a plus. I really just wanted a place to write about things as its easier to express myself in writing then in person. Mostly this is for me to get out what I cant speak but your welcome to stay and read around I wont mind. Im playing around with the layout hope I can give it a personal touch.
